We went to a meet-n-greet with Alton Brown this afternoon. He is a very informative man. He is a very funny man. He is a very wise man. How do I know he is wise, you ask? Because he didn’t say anything I disagreed with.

Who knew early humans were so hard on their environment? They must have learned their lesson, though. They obliterated all traces of their pollution-emitting SUVs and developed a greener technology.
